1. Objective

This policy defines terms for cancellation and refund of fees for research services, in line with regulatory requirements.


2. General Principle

  • We follow fair and transparent refund practices

  • Clients have the right to discontinue services

  • Refunds are processed on a proportionate basis


3. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • You request cancellation of services within 1 week of the subscription

  • You discontinue subscription within 1 week of subscription

  • Services are not delivered as agreed

Refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused period.


4. Non-Eligible Cases

Refund will not be provided for:

  • Losses incurred in the market

  • Dissatisfaction due to performance of recommendations

  • Delay in acting on recommendations from your end


5. Cancellation Process

To request cancellation:

  • You must send a request via email or registered contact

  • Request should include payment details

Cancellation will be effective from the date of request.


6. Refund Calculation

  • Refund amount = Fees paid minus charges for services already provided

  • Charges are calculated based on the period of service used

Example:

  • Monthly plan ₹10,000

  • Used for 10 days out of 30

  • Refund = ₹6,667 approx


7. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days

  • Amount is credited to the original payment source


8. Payment Mode

We accept payments only via:

  • UPI transfer in our registered name

Refunds will be made only to the same source account.

We review and update this policy as per regulatory changes.
